All works sold through my online gallery include worldwide shipping in the purchase price. I use excellent local professional packer/shippers for most works, though I may pack and ship smaller works from the studio. Should you wish expedited or special shipping, please get in touch at email@example.com and I will do my best to accommodate you.
If buyer is unsatisfied with an artwork for any reason, I will refund the purchase price less 20%. The work be returned to the studio in undamaged condition within 14 days of buyer's receipt, with return shipping at buyer's expense.
To start a return, contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Artworks sent back to the studio without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your artwork upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
I will consider exchanging artworks on an individual basis. If approved, original artwork must be returned at buyer's expense in undamaged condition within 14 days of buyer's receipt. Email me at email@example.com with your request prior to returning any artwork.
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
I will not share your personal information in any way. I will use your email address to send informative updates about my art from time to time, but provide an easy-to-use "unsubscribe" link should you not wish to receive them.
